Hi, I’m Jen Preston - the face behind JP Nutrition. I’m a Nutrition Coach and a Pharmacist. You might think this is an odd combination, but it makes perfect sense. Both roles mean I can make a real, meaningful difference to people’s health and happiness. With my nutrition coaching hat on, I’ll help you finally cut through the BS and information overwhelm to find a nutrition solution that really works.
